Repair of 5 or more sluice gates located on Little Rock AFB. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, lifts, parts and labor necessary to repair five sluice gates at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas 72099 in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation. The subject work are for sluice gates ”Alpha” “Bravo” “Delta”, “Echo” and “Foxtrot”. NOTE: All work will be in accordance with all Federal and State Law to include all DOD and Air Force Directives. All material and resources necessary to complete the repairs of the sluice gates shall be provided by the contractor. All repairs shall be in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications and manufacturer recommended parts. All gates under repair in this contract shall be fully functional and operational once work is completed. Estimated Repairs: Alpha Gate: DS003: Replace power fuse in the actuator, function test, diagnose any issues and repair. Bravo Gate: Replace multi-turn gearbox, repair actuators, function test, diagnose and repair any other issues. Delta Gate: DS001: Replace bad board stack, power supply and motor, function test, diagnose and repair any other issues. DS003: Replace bad board stack and motor, function test, diagnose and repair any other issues. Echo Gate: Replace bad relay board and motor, function test, diagnose and repair any other issues. Foxtrot Gate: Replace bad board stack and motor, function test, diagnose and repair any other issues.
