The contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, transportation, tools, equipment, materials and services required to clearing/removal all trees and brush impacting the approach departure surface... The contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, transportation, tools, equipment, materials and services required to clearing/removal all trees and brush impacting the approach departure surface on the east end of the airfield at All American Landing Zone (AALZ) TA-07, Camp Joseph T. Robinson, Arkansas 72199. Operations continue with the approach with the minimums raised until a contractor can ground/chip/mulch the trees and brush down. At this time there is no mission impact. Contractor shall take prompt action to bring the airfield into compliance UFC 3-260-01, Table 3-7. The contractor shall accomplish all services below to meet the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work shall be in compliance with all Federal, State and local regulations, codes and license requirements. Work shall be accomplished within 120 days of award. This work is forestry maintenance/clearing operation not grounds or lawn maintenance. It requires special equipment and qualified individuals to operate the heavy equipment needed. The area of work will not be maintained as mowable once the trees and brush are ground/chipped/mulched.
