FY23 Civil Works Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Little Rock Air Force Base (LRAFB) for maintenance and repair components on civil works construction projects in support of the 19th Civil Engineer Squadron (19 CES). Construction projects to be performed under this Civil Works IDIQ include, but are not limited to, demolition of concrete, asphalt and various structures, concrete work, architectural barriers act (ABA) ramps, handrails, and site work, exterior electrical lighting, service and feeders, concrete joint sealant, asphalt maintenance, landscape establishment, bollard installation, water and gas utility line adjustments, valve, meter, and hydrants adjustments, asphalt construction, asphalt cold milling, roadway maintenance of traffic and traffic control devices, pavement markings and signage, culvert installation, modifications, and safety end sections, drop inlet, curb inlet, junction box repairs, adjustments, installations and modifications, underdrain installation, concrete steps and sidewalks, and traffic detection loop installation and repair. Types of site work may include excavation to grade, grading, compacting, various materials, clearing and grubbing, selective tree cutting, and demolition. Work may also include design/build from concept to full 100% design. In-house design capability or ready access to design capability is a must for projects under this IDIQ. Description of work will be identified in each individual task order. Individual task orders may require the project to be completed in multiple phases in order to facilitate base operations. All questions shall be submitted no later than 24 Jul 2023 at 1:00 PM CDT. No further questions will be accepted after this date and time. Attachment 16 has an error in the submission date and time, which should match the date and time this solicitation proposal is due 10 Aug 2023 at 12:00 pm CDT.
