The Little Rock Air Force Base is requesting quotes for Hoist and Crane Maintenance and Repair. Please refer to below for quotation and the attachment for the further information. 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items Addendum In order to be determined responsive, all quotes must be complete, respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation, and sent to the identified POC's. If your quote is determined to be non-responsive, it will not be further considered for award. A complete quote consists of the following: a) Complete the unit price and extended price (under "Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost"), complete blocks 12 and 17a,and complete/sign blocks 30a, 30b, and 30c. b) Review ENTIRE solicitation and fill in all required provisions and clauses. If the annual certification has been completed in the System for Award Management (SAM), FAR 52.212-3 does not need to be completed. c) All vendors must have an active registration in SAM at time of quote submission. Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for 21 February 2023 at 10:00 AM CST. This will be the only site visit conducted. Participants are to meet at the front gate visitor center of Little Rock AFB at 9:30 AM CST to allow time to obtain escort passes and accountability. Vendors MUST RSVP to the POCs listed no later than 17 February 2023 at 4:00 PM CST on who will be attending the site visits. Little Rock AFB is not an open base and you must have a valid ID to access the base. Questions: All questions will be due to the POC's by 28 February 2023 at 4:00 PM CST 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services. (Nov 2021) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Award will be made based on lowest total evaluated price and technical acceptability. Offerors shall be ranked by price in ascending order from lowest priced to highest. Quotations shall then be evaluated on the basis of how the quotation conforms to the required specifications as attached to this solicitation. Award shall be made to the lowest-priced quotation that also meets the required specifications contained in this solicitation. (b) Options. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). (c) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
