Please see the attached Solicitation, PWS, Class J&A, and Addendum_Base-MFG Selection List In order to be determined responsive, all quotes must be completed on the SF 1449, respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation, and sent to the identified POC's. If your quote is determined to be non-responsive, it will not be further considered for award. A complete quote consists of the following: a) Complete the unit price and extended price (under "Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost"), complete blocks 12 and 17a, and complete/sign blocks 30a, 30b, and 30c. b) All offerors are required to provide an estimated Lead Time for delivery of the requested items. Total Period of Performance for this requirement will be calculated utilizing the provided Lead Time plus 60 calendar days to perform the installation as stated in the Performance Work Statement. c) Review the ENTIRE solicitation and fill in all required provisions and clauses. If the annual certification has been completed in the System for Award Management (SAM), FAR 52.212-3 does not need to be completed. d) All vendors must have an active registration in SAM at time of quote submission. Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for Thursday, 9 February 2023 at 10:00 AM CST. This will be the only site visit conducted. Participants are to meet at the front gate visitor center of Little Rock AFB at 09:30AM CST to allow time to obtain escort passes and accountability. Vendors MUST RSVP to the POCs listed no later than 8 February 2023 at 02:00 PM CST on who will be attending the site visits. Little Rock AFB is not an open base and you must have a valid ID to access the base. Questions: All questions will be due to the POC's by 14 February 2023 at 10:00 AM CST
