The objective of this project is to acquisition and install BDA’s to expand Little Rock AFB’s Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (ELMR) coverage for buildings 1401-1420, 1428, 1431, 1435, 1437, 1377, and the immediate surrounding Camp War Lord (CWL) area. In order to be determined responsive, all quotes must be completed on the SF 1449, respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation, and sent to the identified POC's. If your quote is determined to be nonresponsive, it will not be further considered for award. A complete quote consists of the following: a) Complete the unit price and extended price (under "Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost"), complete blocks 12 and 17a, and complete/sign blocks 30a, 30b, and 30c. b) Review ENTIRE solicitation and fill in all required provisions and clauses. If the annual certification has been completed in the System for Award Management (SAM), FAR 52.212-3 does not need to be completed. c) All vendors must have an active registration in SAM at time of quote submission. Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for 12 September 2022 at 10:00 AM CST. This will be the only site visit conducted. Participants are to meet at the front gate visitor center of Little Rock AFB @ 9:30 AM to allow time to obtain escort passes and accountability. Vendors MUST RSVP to the POCs listed no later than 9 September 2022 at 4:00 PM CST on who will be attending the site visit. Little Rock AFB is not an open base and you must have a valid ID to access the base. Questions: All questions will be due to the POC's by 13 September 2022 at 10:00 AM CST
