AMENDMENT 02: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quote due date from 31 August 2022 to 13 September 2022. The Period of Performance is changed to 15 September 2022- 15 December 2022( 90 Days after award IAW PWS) . AMENDMENT 01: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the updated Performance Work Statement( Attachment 1), provide Building1990 Kitchen Hood Drawing, and extend the offer due date to 31 August 2022 at 10:00 CST. This is a solicitation for repair and maintenance to commercial hood and ventilation systems in multiple facilities at Little Rock Air Force Base. All work will be in accordance with the Attachment 1- Performance Work Statement. 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items Addendum In order to be determined responsive, all quotes must be completed on the SF 1449, respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation, and sent to the identified POC's. If your quote is determined to be nonresponsive, it will not be further considered for award. A complete quote consists of the following: a) Complete the unit price and extended price (under "Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost"), complete blocks 12 and 17a, and complete/sign blocks 30a, 30b, and 30c. b) Review ENTIRE solicitation and fill in all required provisions and clauses. If the annual certification has been completed in the System for Award Management (SAM), FAR 52.212-3 does not need to be completed. c) All vendors must have an active registration in SAM at time of quote submission. Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for Thursday, 18th August 2022 at 09:00 AM CST. This will be the only site visit conducted. Participants are to meet at the front gate visitor center of Little Rock AFB at 08:30AM CST to allow time to obtain escort passes and accountability. Vendors MUST RSVP to the POCs listed no later than 17th August 2022 at 02:00 PM CST on who will be attending the site visits. Little Rock AFB is not an open base and you must have a valid ID to access the base. Questions: All questions are due to the identified POC's by 23rd August 2022 at 10:00 am CST.
