This is a solicitation for 19th Civil Enginneering Squadron to funish, remove, clean and install air hanlding unit cold water coil and renmove, clean, repair and reinstall heat whell media in building 1257 at Little Rock Air Force Base. All work will be in accordance with the Attachement 1- Performance Work Statement. 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items Addendum In order to be determined responsive, all quotes must be completed on the SF 1449, respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation, and sent to the identified POC's. If your quote is determined to be nonresponsive, it will not be further considered for award. A complete quote consists of the following: a) Complete the unit price and extended price (under "Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost"), complete blocks 12 and 17a, and complete/sign blocks 30a, 30b, and 30c. b) Review ENTIRE solicitation and fill in all required provisions and clauses. If the annual certification has been completed in the System for Award Management (SAM), FAR 52.212-3 does not need to be completed. c) All vendors must have an active registration in SAM at time of quote submission. Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for 22th July 2022 at 09:00 AM CST. This will be the only site visit conducted. Participants are to meet at the front gate visitor center of Little Rock AFB at 08:30 AM CST to allow time to obtain escort passes and accountability. Vendors MUST RSVP to the POCs listed no later than 21 July 2022 at 04:00 PM CST on who will be attending the site visits. Little Rock AFB is not an open base and you must have a valid ID to access the base. Questions: All questions are due to the identified POC's by 26 July 2022 at 10:00 am CST.
