The site visit will be held on Tuesday, 7 September 2021 @ 10:00 AM CST. AMENDMENT 0002: The purpose of this Amendment is to add the recieved questions and corrosponding answers document to this solicitation. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The 19th Civil Engineering Squadron is seeking to acquire services to remove and install flooring in building 1992 on Little Rock Air Force Base in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Instructions to Offerors - In order to be determined responsive, all quotes must be completed on the SF 1442, respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation, and sent to the identified POC's. A complete quote consists of the following: a) Complete the unit price and extended price (under "Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost"), complete blocks 14, 15, 16, and 17 and complete/sign blocks 30a, 30b, and 30c. b) Review ENTIRE solicitation and fill in all required provisions and clauses. c) Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for Tuesday 7 September 2021 at 10:00 AM CST. Participants are to meet at the front gate of Little Rock AFB @ 9:30 AM to allow time to obtain escort passes and accountability. This will be the only site visit conducted. Reservations for the site visit will be submitted no later than 2 September by 3:00 PM CST. Due to COVID-19 installation rules ALL attendees must wear a mask if the 6 ft. rule cannot be met and shall be worn inside all buildings. Little Rock AFB is not an open base and you must have a valid ID, vehicle registration, and insurance to access the base. All questions will be due to the POCs listed in the table below by 9 September 2021 at 10:00 AM CST.
