Please see below for instruction to offerors site visit information: FAR 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors Addendum a) Complete the unit price and extended price (under "Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost"), complete blocks 12 and 17a, and complete/sign blocks 30a, 30b, and 30c. b) Review ENTIRE solicitation and fill in all required provisions and clauses. c) All vendors must have an active registration in SAM at time of quote submission. If the annual certification has been completed in the System for Award Management (SAM), FAR 52.212-3 does not need to be completed. d) Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for Monday 16 August 2021 at 8:00 AM CST. Participants are to meet at the front gate of Little Rock AFB @ 7:30AM to allow time to obtain escort passes and accountability. This will be the only site visit conducted. Reservations for the site visit will be submitted no later than 13 August by 3:00 PM CST. Due to COVID-19 installation rules ALL attendees must wear a mask if the 6 ft. rule cannot be met and shall be worn inside all buildings. Little Rock AFB is not an open base and you must have a valid ID , vehicle registration, and insurance to access the base. Questions: All questions are due to the identified POC's by 18 August 2021 at 10:00 AM CST. Amendment 1 The purpose of this amendment is to attach Attachment 6 - Remediate Fan Coils LRAFB Questions and Answers. This will close on time. There is no extension on the closeout date.
