Replace Attachment 1 with new specifications to clarify the details of the trailer and to replace Attachment 2 in order to provide drawings that have been labeled based upon the location within the trailer. The drawings are being provided as a reference and are not to scale. The requirement to provide drawings from FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Addendum can be waived if the vendor signs and certifies that they are providing the requirements of the supplied drawings. 2. FAR 52.212-1 Addendum and FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items have been updated, please review. 3. Questions will be due by 19 Apr 2021 at 10:00 AM CST and the due date of this solicitation will be extended to 23 Apr 2021 at 10:00 AM CST. AMENDMENT 0001 The purpose of this amendment is as follows: 1. Include Attachment 2 Trailer Design Example, as a result of the Question and Answers. This drawing is being provided as an example only and does not replace the requirement of all vendors to submit their design of the trailer for a technical review. All vendors are still required to submit their drawings in accordance with 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Addendum. 2. The Office of Special Investigations, Detachment 327, of Little Rock Air Force Base, is seeking to acquire a Crime Scene Processing Trailer. All work will be completed in accordance with Attachment 1 - Specification Sheet. 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items Addendum In order to be determined responsive, all quotes must be completed on the SF 1449, respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation, and sent to the identified POC's and 19CONS.TEAM3.ORG@us.af.mil. If your quote is determined to be non-responsive, it will not be further considered for award. A complete quote consists of the following: a) Complete the unit price and extended price (under "Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost"), complete blocks 12 and 17a, and complete/sign blocks 30a, 30b, and 30c. b) Review ENTIRE solicitation and fill in all required provisions and clauses. If the annual certification has been completed in the System for Award Management (SAM), FAR 52.212-3 does not need to be completed. c) All vendors must have an active registration in SAM at time of quote submission. d) All vendors must submit all drawing and design layouts for their proposed trailer unit. Based on the provided drawing and designs, offers will be evaluated as either "Meets Specifications" or "Does Not Meet Specifications".
