Update the Performance Work Statement to include removing the requirement for shuttle services and to further refine the requirement for family activities on-site. This is a Firm Fixed Price type contract for a resiliency event for active-duty military members and their families by offering family enrichment in a resort setting located within 16 miles of the Downtown Branson, Missouri area. Sleeping room accommodations, conference space for two days, food and beverage service, hotel services, and passes to both Fun Mountain and Silver Dollar City are required. A complete quote consists of the following: a) Complete the unit price and extended price (under "Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost"), complete blocks 12 and 17a, and complete/sign blocks 30a, 30b, and 30c. b) Fill in required provisions and clauses. FAR 52.204-24 must be completed. If the annual certification has been completed in the System for Award Management (SAM), FAR 52.212-3 does not need to be completed. c) All vendors must have an active registration in SAM at time of quote submission.
