Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to update Attachment 7, Questions and Answers due to some questions being missed. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THE ATTACHED AMENDMENT EITHER BY SIGNING AND RETURNING THE ATTACHED AMENDMENT OR ACKNOWLEDGING THE AMENDMENT WITHIN THE SOLICITATION Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to include Attachment 7, Questions and Answers. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THE ATTACHED AMENDMENT EITHER BY SIGNING AND RETURNING THE ATTACHED AMENDMENT OR ACKNOWLEDGING THE AMENDMENT WITHIN THE SOLICITATION. This is a solicitation for the lease of a Portable Restroom Trailer for the 314th Aviation Maintenance Squadron on Little Rock Air Force Base. All work will be completed in accorance with Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS). 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items Addendum: In order to be determined responsive, all quotes must be complete on the SF 1449, and respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation. A complete quote consists of the following: a) Complete the unit price, extended price, and total price blocks along with all information required in the table requesting company information, including vendor signature. b) Fill in required provisions and clauses. FAR 52.204-24 must be completed. If the annual certification has been completed in the System for Award Management (SAM), FAR 52.212-3 does not need to be completed. c) All vendors must have an active registration in SAM at time of quote submission. Questions: All questions will be due to the POC's by 5 February 2021 at 10:00 AM CST.
