Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions asked (Attachment 6), provide drawing layout of each room (Attachment 7), and provide the list of contractors who attended the site visit (Attachment 8). The due date of quotes will not be extended at this time. This is a solicitation to remove, furnish, and install CCTV cameras for the 314th Aviation Maintenance Squadron on Little Rock Air Force Base. All work will be completed in accorance with Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS). 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items Addendum: In order to be determined responsive, all quotes must be complete on the SF 1449, and respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation. A complete quote consists of the following: a) Complete the unit price, extended price, and total price blocks along with all information required in the table requesting company information, including vendor signature. b) Fill in required provisions and clauses. FAR 52.204-24 must be completed. If the annual certification has been completed in the System for Award Management (SAM), FAR 52.212-3 does not need to be completed. c) All vendors must have an active registration in SAM at time of quote submission. Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for 09 February 2021 at 10:00 AM CST. This will be the only site visit conducted. Participants are to meet at the front gate visitor center of Little Rock AFB @ 0930 to allow time to obtain escort passes and accountability. Due to COVID-19 installation rules ALL attendees must wear a mask if the 6 ft. rule cannot be met and shall be worn inside all buildings. Vendors MUST RSVP to the POCs listed no later than 07 February 2021 at 4:00 PM CST on who will be attending the site visits. Little Rock AFB is not an open base and you must have a valid ID to access the base. Questions: All questions will be due to the POC's by 11 February 2021 at 10:00 AM CST.
