This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the removal and installation of government furnished Trane Chillers for buildings 266 and 1231 on Little Rock Air Force Base. The contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, tools, equipment, materials and services required to remove and install one government furnished 140 ton chiller at building 266 and remove and install one government furnished 140 ton chiller at building 1231. The contractor shall accomplish all services addressed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). A site visit is scheduled for Monday, 3 August 2020 at 10:00 AM CST. All contractors must RSVP no later than 31 July 2020 at 1:00 PM CST to attend the site visit. AMENDMENT 2: The purpose of this amendment is to attach the required provision 52.204-24 to be filled out and signed and to extend the quotes due date. The new due date for all quotes will be Friday, 14 August 2020 at 10:00 AM CST.
