This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, tools, and transportation to conduct routine/preventive maintenance and non-routine maintenance under $200 at Little Rock Air Force Base (LRAFB) Fitness Center, Building 827. All maintenance shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. The contractor shall provide routine service checks/maintenance to adjust, lubricate, diagnose, tighten, repair/replace and accomplish manufacturer’s recommended internal cleaning of equipment identified in Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement, Addendum 1 Fitness Center Equipment Inventory. A site visit will be held Thursday, 23 July 2020 at 10:30 AM CST. RSVP is required by Wednesday, 22 July 2020 at 3:00 PM CST and view the attached solicitation for full details.
