The contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, transportation, lifts, tools, equipment, materials and services required to remove existing HVAC split system, furnish and install a new HVAC split system in B1222 on Little Rock Air Force Base, AR 72099. The contractor shall accomplish all services below to meet the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work shall be in compliance of all Federal, State and local regulations, and codes for HVAC systems. Award will be made based on the lowest price that meets the specifications in this solicitation. Photos will be provided in lieu of a site visit. See Attachment 4 – As-Builts, Attachment 5 – B1996 Floor Plan, and Attachment 6 – Site Photos. All questions are due by 9:00 A.M CST on 9 Apr 2020 to A1C Trenton Sikute at trenton.sikute@us.af.mil. CLIN 0001 - The contractor shall remove, furnish and install a 17.5 Ton Trane HVAC rooftop system in B-1996 on Little Rock Air Force Base, AR in strict accordance with Attachment 1 – Performance Work Statement.
