Little Rock AFB is seeking a service requirement for a Document Conversion and Destruction (DCD) contractor to pick up and convert boxes of documents and maps/tubes of drawings, located in LRAFB Base Records Staging area, to digital records IAW the attached Performance Work Statement. This requirement includes pick-up of all boxes, tubes of drawings, scanning documents, removing staples, indexing scanned document files located on DVD's, conducting quality assurance inspecting and editing to ensure exact match of scanned images, and ensuring destruction of contents of boxes except those marked to return and not destroy. Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for Wednesday 9 September 2020 at 09:00 AM CST. This will be the only site visit conducted. Participants are to meet at the front gate of Little Rock AFB @ 0830 to allow time to obtain escort passes and accountability. Due to COVID-19 installation rules ALL attendees must wear a mask if the 6 ft. rule cannot be met and shall be worn inside all buildings. Vendors MUST RSVP to the POCs listed no later than 8 September 2020 at 1:00 PM CST on who will be attending the site visits. Little Rock AFB is not an open base and you must have a valid ID to access the base. All questions will be due to the POCs listed in the table below by 10 September 2020 at 1:00 PM CST. AMENDMENT 1 The purpose of the amendment is to cancel the subject solicitation. It was discovered after the site visit and round of questions that further research was required and therefore in the best interest to cancel the solicitation.
