The 29 Weapons Squadron at Little Rock AFB is requiring current PRC-152 Radio Communication equipment installed on a 2011 Ford F350 GSA vehicle to be removed and installed unto a 2019 Ford F250 GSA leased vehicle along with additional equipment supplied during the installation process (Please see Performance Work Statement for details). All work must be non-invasive to both vehicles to ensure there is no damage. This radio suite removal and install is necessary for the success of the 29 WPS training mission as the GSA lease has ended. Due to the technical difficulties integrating the radio suite with the vehicles electrical system, and as such have high risks of damage to the equipment this cannot be accomplish without professional installation. Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for Thursday, 27 August 2020 at 08:00 AM CST. This will be the only site visit conducted. Participants are to meet at the front gate of Little Rock AFB @ 0730 to allow time to obtain escort passes and accountability. Due to COVID-19 installation rules ALL attendees must wear a mask if the 6 ft. rule cannot be met and shall be worn inside all buildings. Vendors MUST RSVP to the POCs listed no later than 25 August 2020 at 1:00 PM CST on who will be attending the site visits. Little Rock AFB is not an open base and you must have a valid ID to access the base. All questions will be due to the POCs listed in the table below by 28 August 2020 at 1:00 PM CST. Please refer to 52.212-1 in the SF1449 for Instructions to Offerors when submitting quotes. AMENDMENT 1 Please See Changes in the PWS that have been revised IAW the new attachment containing the Questions And Answers from the site visit. All quotes at this time are still due in the above date.
