19 CONS/PKA is conducting market research to gather information on the availability of qualified sources to provide services necessary to operate the Official Mail Center (including Document Security)... 19 CONS/PKA is conducting market research to gather information on the availability of qualified sources to provide services necessary to operate the Official Mail Center (including Document Security) in accordance with DOD 4525.8-M /Air Force Supplement and all other applicable regulations IAW the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government anticipates the use of NAICS 491110, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services (size standard $7.5M), for this requirement. The Contractor will provide services for receiving, processing, and dispatching all official mail including accountable mail; forms, publications, parcels, and distribution for all base supported activities. The contractor shall be responsible for sorting, consolidating, applying correct official postage and coordinating dispatches with United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS) and other small carriers all official outgoing material. Performance requirements are 8:00AM - 3:00PM Mon - Fri. All work will take place on Little Rock AFB, AR. *See Draft Performance Work Statement for detailed technical requirements.
