The contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, transportation, tools, equipment, materials and services required remove, furnish and install an extension to the existing chain link fence at building 156 on Little Rock AFB, AR 72099. The contractor shall accomplish all services below to meet the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work shall be in compliance with all Federal, State and local regulations, codes and license requirements. Work shall be accomplished within 60 days of material arrival. Estimated delivery date of material is required to be sent to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) within 10 days of contract award. Contractor must remove required fence to expand and install fully operational chain link fence matching in size and material to the existing fence surrounding the fire training area. Extend the fence line approximately 853 linear feet. Remove the 194' section of fence on the western most edge. Remove the fence surrounding the propane tank. Installation shall closely match existing fence in height and post spacing. Refer to Appendix B for plan. Posts shall be anchored in a minimum 12 inch wide by 24 inch deep concrete footing. Fence shall have a three-strand climb resistant top to match existing fence. Contractor must relocate the existing 16' gate to the entrance and the existing 10' gate would be relocated to the east edge of the expansion. Refer to Appendix B for plan.
