GENERAL: This is A Firm Fixed Price contract for a resiliency event for active-duty military members and their families by offering overnight family enrichment in a resort setting within 10 miles of downtown Branson, Missouri. Sleeping room accommodations, conference space for two days, food and beverage service, included family activities, and hotel services are required. The dates must be from 25-27 August 2023 2. LOCATION: The resort facility must be within 10 miles of downtown Branson and able to accommodate a minimum of 25 rooms for Friday and Saturday overnight stays with a check-out on Sunday. In addition, the location must be conducive to on and off-site family activities. Transportation is the responsibility of participants, POV. 3. CONFERENCE SPACE: The location must include a conference space that can accommodate 90 individuals seated in groups of 4-8 at tables all day on Saturday and Sunday. In addition, the conference space must have snacks and light refreshments for participants during the event. The conference space will be used on Saturday morning, evening, and Sunday morning. 4. DINING: The resort facility must accommodate 90 individuals with in-house breakfast, lunch, and dinner catering options. The meals must be buffet-type meals and served separately from the general public. Meals must be served by hotel staff. Meals will be served on the days of: A. Saturday, 26 August- breakfast, lunch, and dinner B. Sunday, 27 August- Breakfast 5. LODGING: The resort facility must provide a minimum of 25 rooms with characteristics of: A. 10 rooms with a minimum occupancy space of 6 individuals. B. 10 rooms with a minimum occupancy space of 4 individuals C. 5 rooms with a minimum occupancy space of 2 individuals. 6. AMENITIES: The resort center must offer suitable and essential amenities: A. Free Wi-Fi for all participants B. Conference space with Audio System with a provided microphone C. Conference space with Visual System (Screen) with HDMI Plug in Capabilities D. In-house dining (restaurant or catered) for all participants E. Phone F. Free or comped parking G. Cable/Satellite TV in room H. Air-conditioning and heating units in room I. In-room refrigerator J. Passes for all retreat participants to on/offsite family enrichment activities (Silver Dollar city pass, Aquarium, amusement parks, Saturday or Sunday etc.)
