This is a Firm Fixed Price type contract for a resiliency event for active-duty military members and their families by offering an overnight family enrichment in a resort setting located within 4.5 miles of downtown Hot Springs, Arkansas. Sleeping room accommodations, conference space for 2 days, food and beverage service, and hotel services are required. See Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement for full details. CLIN 0001 - Rooms for 2 Nights in accordance with Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement. 10 rooms that accompany 6 people and 16 rooms that accompany 4 people. 26 each. CLIN 0002 - Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on Sat 29-Aug-20, and Breakfast on Sun 30-Aug-20 for 110 people. 110 each. CLIN 0003 - Magic Springs Passes. 110 each. CLIN 0004 - Conference room space Saturday and Sunday IAW PWS. 2 days. Award will be made based on lowest price. Quotes are due by 17 July 2020 at 10:00 CST.
