SOLE SOURCE / NOTICE OF INTENT The 19th Contracting Squadron, Little Rock AFB, AR 72099, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to Flex Force Enterprises, LLC. The acquisition will be executed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a single source not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. The requirement is to provide the following: CLIN 0001: #RAW10760 CBL, Cigarette, External 12-32V Power Dronebuster Block 3B, 4 and SNA CLIN 0002: #FIG 11463 Soft Case, Dronebuster SNA and Block 4 CLIN 0003: Shipping Charges, Dronebuster CLIN 0004: #FIGDRONEBUSTER_BLK4_PNT Dronebuster Block 4 System with PNT (SNA) Hand held cUAS with PNT Attack, handle, batteries CLIN 0005: #FIGDB_DTI Dronebuster Detect, Track, and Identify System CLIN 0006: #RAW 11849 Cellular phone, Samsung, Galaxy S23, 128GB, Black This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote or proposal. However, interested parties may submit a narrative describing their capabilities and qualifications to fulfill the requirement via email to caleb.munyi.ke@us.af.mil with a copy to amanda.davenport.2@us.af.mil no later than 08 September 2025 at 10:00AM Standard Central Time. Any costs incurred in submitting a capabilities statement will not be reimbursed by the Government. Additionally, the information received will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct the procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

The contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, transportation, tools, equipment, materials and services required to furnish, remove and replace fire notification system in 13 facilities of Camp Warlord on Little Rock AFB, AR 72099. The contractor shall accomplish all services below to meet the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work shall be in compliance with all National Fire Protection Association guidelines, Federal, State and local regulations, codes and license requirements. Work shall be accomplished within 90 days of contract award date.
