This is a new requirement to provide Portable Office Space (POS) to include mobilization, de-mobilization, footings/tie downs, generators, fuel, furnishings, and a step or deck for use at Anderson Air Force Base (AAFB) and Antonio B. Won Pat International Airport, Guam in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). In support of the Mobility Guardian 2025 (MG25), HQAMC/A37 requires specific office facilities for personnel to conduct their regular duty requirements and to have a safe and functional shelter to collaborate and mission plan. The Period of Performance (PoP) for these rentals is 6 July 2025 - 4 August 2025. One (1) double-wide POS must be fully operational and turned over for government occupancy at Antonio B. Won Pat International Airport no later than COB 06 July 2025. Nine (9) double- wide POS's must be fully operational and turned over for government occupancy at AAFB no later than COB 06 July 2025. This includes all anchoring blocks and cabling, interior furnishings, and power.
