The requirement is for rental of commercial charter buses capable of carrying approximately 50–56 passengers plus luggage. Service will occur on November 5 and November 8, 2026. On November 5, six buses are required for hourly shuttle service from 0800 to 1500 from Atlantic Aviation FBO at Orlando International Airport (9245 Tradeport Dr, Orlando, FL 32827) to the Gaylord Palms & Convention Center (6000 Osceola Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34746). On November 8, ten buses are required to transport passengers and luggage from the Gaylord back to Atlantic Aviation FBO at MCO.
