The contractor will provide academic and simulator training for B737 C-40 pilot courses, covering initial qualification, refresher, recurring evaluation, requalification, and senior officer training, with regular curriculum updates. Training must be conducted at an FAA Part 142 approved training center, using an FAA-certified Level D CAT IIIa full flight simulator configured with the USAF C-40B/C operational program software, plus access to a B737 MAX simulator. USAF cockpit procedures and checklists will be used in all courses. Performance will occur at the contractor’s facility, supporting AMC, which is located at Scott AFB.

The primary audience is pilots in the executive airlift community, with possible inclusion of other special missions personnel as approved. Training must be conducted at a 14 CFR Part 142 approved training center, and the contractor must hold approved B737-700/800 and B737 MAX Differences training programs. The contractor must supply an FAA-certified Level D, CAT IIIa capable Full Flight Simulator with USAF C-40B/C OPC software, plus access to a B737 MAX Level D simulator, using USAF procedures and checklists. Performance will take place at the contractor's facility.
