Amendment 1 updates the RFQ for a brand-name Javelin Odyssey NTRAPS system, identified as essential to the 352 SWTS mission. The platform supports force preservation by reducing musculoskeletal wear from heavy-load jumps and transitions MFF instructor training into a focused skills-acquisition program. The 352 SWTS’s existing parachute training suite is built on this platform, and its proprietary Javelin Odyssey harness is incompatible with other manufacturers’ components. Quotations must be submitted electronically by email to the listed Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer, with the complete RFQ number in the subject line; late quotations will not be accepted. All communications and questions must be channeled through the Contracting Officer as detailed in the attached RFQ.
