A combined effort from Headquarters Air Mobility Command (HQ AMC) and A1L, the Senior Leader Management Office, requires the need for meaningful engagement on a personal level to ensure talent development, improve lethality, and maximize the full potential of all Airmen. Because of this need, AMC’s first Senior Leader Mentorship Program was created. However, in order to fulfill the needs of this program, it was determined that AMC and A1L needs an additional resource and a commercial source to help track and log accountable members and time spent in a mentorship capacity. The purchase of licenses for the Lattitude Mentorship Connection Software will streamline the connection and mentorship process of members of Air Mobility Command (AMC), to be used by users AMC wide. This product is a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) available product, which was determined by the Contracting Officer. The Lattitude Mentorship Connection Tool Software is the only software available that incorporates unique features, functionalities, and proprietary intellectual property. This is a one-of-a-kind software will enable the AMC commander's vision of providing mentorship connections easily to AMC users. This licenses and software solution intends to bring a streamlined process of connection and mentorship for members of AMC. The technology will allow for easier access to meet new team members and bring time savings to conversation processes such as developing agendas, note taking, etc. Additionally, this software structure will reduce overhead on engagement reporting with metrics and reports delivered directly from Lattitude. The Lattitude team intends to schedule frequent calls with the A1L mentoring team to stay connected on the ability of the software, feedback from A1L.
