Four primary areas of work require sustainment services of real property to ensure the various areas of the facility are brought up to current requirements. The requirement includes renovations of male/female bathrooms (X2); shower area; and patching and painting of walls in a training lab. There are also three areas requiring various renovation services that are being solicited as Options to the resultant contract. See attached Statement of Work for detailed requirements.
