This is a Simplified Acquisition Proposal Request (SAPR) FA445221R0011 for Dumpster Rental and Trash Removal Services at the Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC) in support of (ISO) the 2021 Mobility Guardian Exercise (MGE) to be awarded pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 and the specific requirements outlined in this request with its attachments. Headquarters Air Mobility Command’s Directorate of Air, Space and Information Operations’ Command Exercise Planning Division (HQ AMC/A37) requires Dumpster Rental and Trash Removal Services at the Alepna CRTC in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 3 – Service Specifications ISO the 2021 MGE. The MGE is the premier Mobility Air Forces (MAF) readiness exercise which helps train and improve the abilities of the United States and its international partners’ air mobility operations skills.
