The contractor shall provide the 43d Aircraft Maintenance Squadron (43 AMS) all labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation and personnel to perform off-site inspection, maintenance and testing of Wheeled 150-pound Halon Extinguishers located at Pope AAF, NC. The contractor shall perform this service in accordance with the procedures and instructions in the following publications: Technical Order (TO) 13F4-4-121; Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) 13F4-4-501; Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) 13F4-4-501 Supplement.
