This seeks to provide Air Mobility Command (AMC) with the technical, programmatic, research, data analytics expertise, and assessment to determine if a shortfall in U.S. Air Force day-to-day peacetime air refueling capability exists. This RFI is for information gathering and market research purposed only. Early industry involvement through comments, questions, and recommendations, is sought for refining the Draft PWS and contributing program success. Comments questions and recommendations shall be submitted by e-mail to: 1st Lt Jonathan Schnicker, 763 SCONS/PKB, Contract Specialist, jonathan.schnicker@us.af.mil and the Contracting Officer, Capt Charles Wilson, 763 ESS/PMO, charles.wilson.43@us.af.mil. All question submissions must be submitted by Thursday, 28 October 2021 at 1200 CST. All Answers will be posted as an attachment to the RFI NLT 1600 CST on the same day. This RFI is being extended until 1600 CST on 03 November 2021, so contractors have time to review all questions an answers prior to capability statement submittals.
