This is a SAQR for the subject project to be awarded pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 and the specific requirements outlined in this request with attachments. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Headquarters Air Mobility Command’s Directorate of Communications (HQ AMC/A6) requires Brand Name Only (BNO) VMware vSphere 7 Enterprise Plus Software licenses and Support Subscription for 12 processors at Scott Air Force Base (AFB), IL. Interoperability between VMware software solutions is based on the software supporting dozens of existing virtual machines and clusters that are running across the HQ AMC/A6 network. Software obtained through channels other than VMware may void support from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Delivery shall be made within 48 hours of award.
