This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Headquarters Air Mobility Command (HQ AMC/A3) requires Brand Name Only (BNO) 3,000 ForeFlight Military Flight Bag (MFB) Performance subscriptions and 2,000 ForeFlight MFB Pro subscriptions. Awardee shall deliver access to the required subscriptions no later than Tuesday, 14 January 2020.
