This is the formal Joint Exercise Program (JEP) solicitation, resultant from the previous presolicitation notice (FA4452-19-R-A003). The 763 Specialized Contracting Squadron (SCONS) is issuing a formal solicitation for the JEP requirement through this notice. This acquisition will be competed using 8(a) set-aside competitive procedures and is intended to be a standalone contract (i.e. not an order placed under IDIQ). The Government is hereby releasing DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) FA445219RA003 (November 2018 DRAFT RFP number was FA445218R0080) to include, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) A001 - A017, DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS), DRAFT Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), and other DRAFT RFP attachments. Please note that all subsequent RFP and/or amendment(s) and publicly releasable documentation will reside on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) Web site: https://www.fbo.gov/. It is recommended that interested offerors check the site frequently for updates. This DRAFT notice is for information planning purposes only and shall not be construed as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, RFP, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. The purpose of this DRAFT notice is to provide industry with the current DRAFT RFP for general awareness. This RFP for the Joint Exercise Program (JEP) represents a consolidation of two separate requirements currently fulfilled through the 8(a) Business Development Program.
