It is the intent of the 763d Specialized Contracting Squadron (SCONS) to award a Telephonics Trulink, Brand-Name Only, firm-fixed-priced (FFP) contract to provide Joint Precision Air Drop Systems (JPADS) kits for C-17, C-130H, and C-130H, and C-130J. Each kit must include one Dual Port Transceiver (DPT) Master Radio, one DPT Headset Cable, one Platform Interface Cable (PIC) to plug into the respective aircraft, four Pouches for the TPT Radios to affix to the uniform (above equipment must be contained in a pelican case); platform interface cables for C-5, C-130J, and C-130H/KC-135; and TPT Slave Radios for use amongst AMC Phoenix Ravens. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government anticipates award to the offeror with the lowest total aggregate price meeting all stated requirements for all line items. Delivery is being requested as soon as possible, however, it shall be made 180 days After Receipt of Order (ARO). There are four attachments to this RFQ; RFQ FA445219QA030 Information Sheet Attachment 1, Specification List Attachment 2, Delivery Schedule Attachment 3, and Provisions-Clauses Attachment 4. A response to this request shall consist of completion of RFP FA445219A030 Information Sheet Attachment 1 and Provisions-Clauses Attachment 4. Quotes shall be submitted by email to lisa.holt.1@us.af.mil, no later than 26 Sep 2019, (12:00 PM CDT). Any quotes received after the RFQ closing date and time will be considered "late" and will not be considered for award.
