The 763 SCONS/PKB, Scott AFB IL, intends to issue a sole source, firm-fixed priced modification to contract FA445216C0003, extending the Medical Readiness/Logistics Program Support contract for up to nine months, 1 Jun 19 - 29 Feb 20. This action is necessary to continue Medical Readiness/Logistics Program Support while a competitive follow-on acquisition is completed. This sole source contract modification will be issued to CACI-ISS, Inc., 14370 Newbrook Drive, Chantilly, VA 20151-4206, to continue to provide functional and technical support for Manpower Equipment Force Packaging (MEFPAK) program and Expeditionary/Contingency Medical Equipment (ECME) management operations, to include: At Scott AFB IL only: MEFPAK Management-Personnel and Equipment; MEFPAK Facility Management Services; Patient Movement Item (PMI) Program Management Services; and MEFPAK Management-Medical Readiness Training and Technical Writing. At Scott AFB IL, Dupo IL, JB Andrews MD, Travis AFB CA, Kadena AB JA, and Yokota AB JA: Medical Material ECME Services. The Government intends to issue a sole source modification to one source, CACI-ISS, Inc., 14370 Newbrook Drive, Chantilly, VA 20151-4206, at reasonable negotiated prices under authority FAR 6.302-1; Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. A determination by the Government not to complete this action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The resultant modification to the contract will be firm-fixed priced. Verbal requests will not be acted upon.
