The contractor shall have an online ordering system which is user friendly and easily accessible from any CONUS location and provides users visual confirmation and depiction of the part being ordered. The contractor shall also be able to accept orders from any CONUS base and accept Government Purchase Cards (GPC) for completion of the sale. The contractor shall provide the Department of the Air Force (DAF) with in-transit visibility of the parts, including projected delivery dates/times, and a flat-file in government-specified format that contains the required data for all DAF purchases during the previous month. The contractor shall establish volume-based discounts that will be applied to all purchases made each month based on the number of parts ordered during the time period. The percentage discounted each month is liable to fluctuate depending on the number of parts ordered. The contractor shall include the % discount they will apply to all sales during any given month based on the number of parts procured by the DAF during the previous month.
