Headquarters (HQ) Air Mobility Command (AMC) Material Management requires Forward Supply System (FSS) Spares Leveling Support. Under the contemplated contract, Logistics Management Institute (LMI) will provide the following for the FSS leveling support requirement: The Contractor shall operate the program for Forward Supply Location (FSL) candidate determination (Demand and Candidate Program (DaCP)) on a quarterly basis. Under FSL, a list of stock numbers will be provided to the stock leveling system's Customer Oriented Level Technique (COLT) and Readiness Based Leveling (RBL) which are National Stock Numbers (NSNs) that receive the special FSL leveling logic. Additionally, demand information will be provided to the leveling tools to determine what percentages of demands are for the FSS and what are for the host base.
