The Contractor will provide consulting and decontamination validation services for the NPC/NPC-L, including developing a plan or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for performing NPC/NPC-L decontamination post use. The plan will include procedures which will obtain a 6-log kill; this is the statistical destruction of all microorganisms and their spores. This is defined as 6 logs (106) or a 99.9999% reduction.
