Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) in support of Air Mobility Command (AMC) Directorate of Operations’ (A3) primary responsibility is to direct the operation of airlift, air refueling, special air missions, aeromedical evacuations, and air mobility support for US forces; providing efficient and effective air mobility operations for GLOBAL REACH response during peacetime, to include the full range of humanitarian, disaster relief, and contingency operations. This effort will provide AMC/A3 with a single voice for establishing approved operational capabilities and derived requirements for all of the operational elements of air mobility to include Mobility Air Forces (MAF) Command and Control (C2), as provided by the C2/Expeditionary Operations Division, AMC/A3C. To that end, A3C has selected specific capabilities-based processes and tools to assist in managing the integration of MAF operational requirements into a strategic vision. A3’s objective is to acquire Contractor expertise to provide the needed expertise to implement and institutionalize those processes and tools.
