AMENDMENT 4 - This solicitation is amended for the following: Extend proposal due date to 16 October 2020 Amend Attachment 7, Task Order Proposal Request, to remove CLIN 0008, Spares Amend Attachment 8, Initial Task Order Staffing and Pricing Matrix to remove CLIN 0008, Spares Amend MPN25 and FPN68 RFP Cover Letter_FA445220R0012 to reflect extended due date This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation SAPR in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included within this notice. The SAPR for the subject requirement is anticipated to be awarded on a sole source basis pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 procedures and the specific requirements outlined in this request with attachments. Headquarters (HQ) Air Mobility Command (AMC) Operations Directorate (A3) requires Contract Logistic Support (CLS) for three MPN-25 Mobile Ground Controlled Approach RADAR systems and one Navy owned FPN-68 (PAR-2000) Precision Approach RADAR (PAR) system. It is the intent of the 763d ESS to award a sole source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract and a firm-fixed-priced (FFP) task order to L3 Harris Corporation located at 1025 W. NASA Boulevard Melbourne, FL 32919. However, the Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation. Amendment 01 - this solicitation is being amended to reflect changes to MPN25 and FPN68 RFP Cover Letter_FA445220R0012 - AMENDMENT 01 and to add FAR 52.204-26, DFARS 252.204-7017, and DFARS 252.204-7016 to Attachment 10 - FA445220R0012 Solicitation 1449 AMENDMENT 01.
