INTRODUCTION: This is a Request for Information to determine the availability and technical capability of FBO small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required products. This is not a formal Request for Proposal (RFP). REQUIRED CAPABILITIES: The 618th Air Communications Squadron (ACOMS) is a task organized unit responsible for sustaining, integrating and protecting the cyber infrastructure of the 618th AOC in support of MAF Command and C2 mission. 618th ACOMS is seeking a contractor who will augment 618th ACOMS to deliver services in support of the MAF C2 mission 24x7x365. The contractor shall furnish the necessary facilities, materials, consumables, equipment, travel, tools, transportation, shipping, personnel inclusive of information security officers, network administrators, system administrators, database administrators, IT Project Managers, and all other services required to satisfy information technology (IT) related services, capabilities, and solutions defined in the terms of this contract. The 763 SCONS is interested in what vendors, if any, intend to provide a proposal if an RFP is posted. The DRAFT Performance Work Statement is attached to this announcement. Responses shall include: 1) Company Information: Name, address, telephone number, point of contact names, e-mail addresses, CAGE code, and FBO business size. 2) Does your company have the ability to provide the entire requirement directly? 3) Do you intend to submit a proposal if RFP issued before 20 Nov 19? 4) If you intend on submitting a proposal once an RFP is posted, how much time do you require in order to prepare your quote? 5) Do you currently conduct remote operations for a network enclave within DoD? 6) How do you connect to the AFNet to execute remote operations? 7) How are the risks associated with remote operations, such as data compromise and network intrusions, mitigated for the Remote Service Provider? 8) Do you have any other concerns about this requirement? 9) Do you have any other NAICS suggestions for this requirement?
