This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability and technical capability of small and large businesses to provide USAF C-21A Pilot Training. The C-21A aircraft, a military derivative of the Learjet 35 corporate aircraft, supports Department of Defense (DoD) operational support and executive airlift requirements. In 2017, the C-21A fleet commenced an avionics upgrade program (AUP) to comply with National Airspace mandates. As such, the training device used in support of this requirement shall match the configuration of the C-21A aircraft, as modified by the AUP (see Attachment 1 - Cockpit Layout and Attachment 2 - Pedestal Layout).
