The AE mission is to provide time sensitive, mission critial en route care to patients to and between medical treatment facilities. The creation of an affordable/attainable commercial solution to perform airlift services for the transport of ambulatory and litter patients within CONUS and OCONUS will increase the availability of airframes to support the AE mission.
