Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a firm-fixed-price, total small business set-aside project to repair the sanitary sewer system at Building 650. The magnitude of construction is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM PDT at the project location, Building 650. All questions must be submitted in writing by close of business on Monday, March 9, 2026. The government will not guarantee answers to questions received after that deadline.
