The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a noncompetitive, sole-source basis to Advantor Systems II LLC for an IP-based CCTV system at the Travis AFB Visitor Control Center (Building 615). The contractor must provide, install, and test six Bosch cameras—four exterior PTZ and two interior ceiling-mounted—within 210 days after receipt of order, with full integration into the existing proprietary IBDSS. Award is anticipated on or about September 1, 2026, and selection will be based on technical and price factors. Interested responsible sources must be authorized providers/installers of Advantor Systems and must submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to integrate with the proprietary system. Performance will include configuration, testing, as-built drawings, user manuals, and on-site training for up to 10 government personnel.
