This is a pre-solicitation notice for a noncompetitive, sole-source acquisition of 30 Trulink Portable Transceivers for Travis Air Force Base. The equipment is required to support in-flight communication for the 349th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron. Performance of services will be at Travis Air Force Base. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on or about August 10, 2026. Only authorized suppliers, specifically the OEM TTM Technologies, are eligible to provide the mission-critical transceivers.
