Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a sources sought notice to identify potential contractors for guest tram services at the 2026 Wings Over Solano Airshow. The services are required at Travis Air Force Base on April 25-26, 2026. The contractor must provide a tram with a driver and attendant as defined in the attached Statement of Work. This notice is for market research only and does not constitute a commitment to issue a formal solicitation or contract.
